Shimmerings is a publication I did in a collaboration with a photography student of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts Antwerp, Kaat Somers. Kaat is a very talented, young photographer, working mostly with analog cameras. This project included her personal photos. She takes them during her numerous trips in Belgium. During the process of making photobook, we were mostly focus in emphasising the dreamy, mysterious mood of her photos and sensitive approach for photography. It was a very interesting collaboration and I certainly wish to work with Kaat in the future again.
